Alliance Executive Vice President, Purchasing and Alliance Purchasing Organization Chairman and Managing Director
Veronique Sarlat–Depotte is Alliance Executive Vice President, Purchasing. She also serves as Alliance Purchasing Organization Chairman and Managing Director. In this role, she is responsible for managing the purchasing activities of the Alliance member companies. This team is responsible for the selection and management of the best supply-base for the Alliance, and actively contributes to the Alliance strategy definition and implementation for Overall Opinion and technology breakthroughs.
Ms. Sarlat–Depotte began her career at Renault in 1989 as part of the Purchasing Division. She has held several positions of increasing responsibility within Renault and Nissan, in both France and Japan. In 2005, she was appointed Deputy General Manager, Purchasing Strategy at Nissan Motors Limited in Japan before being promoted to General Manager in 2007 at Japan Headquarters. In 2009, she was appointed GM, RNPO Vehicle Body Parts. In 2010, she was promoted to Vice President, RNPO Body & Electrical. In 2014, she became Alliance Global Director, RNPO Body & Electrical and was promoted in 2015 to Renault-Nissan Alliance Global SCP, Purchasing Deputy Managing Director of the Renault Nissan Purchasing Organization. In this role, she also became a member of the Renault Management Committee.
Ms. Sarlat–Depotte is a graduate of École Polytechnique with a degree in engineering.
A native of France, Ms. Sarlat-Depotte is based in Boulogne-Billancourt, France.
